From Historic Grant Park to The Beltline and Beyond

Gifted to the city in 1883, Grant Park now welcomes over two million visitors each year thanks to its iconic city park, sprawling green spaces, original Victorian architecture, and the zoo that’s central to the area. In 1889, a local lumber merchant purchased the animals from a failed circus and donated them to Atlanta, giving birth to what would become Zoo Atlanta. The neighborhood is classically charming and youthfully exciting, with a rich history and vibrant, contemporary culture. Indulge in dinner at local restaurants, take it easy on a stroll through the zoo, or spend the morning shopping at a market for fresh produce. Moments from downtown Atlanta and The Beltline, your opportunities for work and play are limitless. However you explore Grant Park with bold, unrestrained freedom, you’ll find that home is never far.
